Technical Product Manager

Salt are working with a Digital health Tech start-up based in Berlin positively impacting the lives of over 28 million people globally.

Their suite of engaging apps, utilizing Machine Learning, aim to help improve people's cognitive abilities, used by businesses and available under prescription, the product has won international medical awards and has been recognized by Google and Apple for it's contribution towards regaining, maintaining, and improving cognitive and mental health.

They are looking for a Technical Product Manager or Data Product Manager to drive data-driven initiatives and develop product features that continue to solve customer pain points.

The Product Manager will be the SME for all things Data, Data warehouse and BI, collaborating cross functionally with their Product and growth teams to shape the strategy and vision for their web and mobile products.

Here are some key skills & experience they're looking for:

• At least 2 years experience as a Product working working on products with a technical leaning.
• B2C or B2B products (backend, frontend, mobile development)
• Experience in SQL, Standard Big query, PostgreSQL...
• You speak English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience working on data related products (BI etc)

Bonus experience:

• Fintech experience
• You have advanced knowledge of R or Python
• You have experience conceptualising and executing A/B tests.
• You have been working on mobile applications
• You have a basic knowledge of German, French, Spanish or Italian.

The Role can be based remotely, within 2 hours of Germany or hybrid from their Berlin Office location.

The interview process spans 3 stages, intro, Product Interview and Meet the Team.

Base salary up to €75,000 plus other benefits.
