Frontend Developer

We are looking for a Frontend Developer responsible for the development and maintenance of our applications. You will be working along-side other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable and reliable code,
• Developing and maintaining our many stages of web applications,
• Ensure the best possible performance and quality of the web applications,
• Identify and evaluate new technologies that improve the performance and robustness of our web applications.

Skills

• 3+ years of Frontend development experience,
• Strong knowledge of web application technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript,
• Experience with at least one modern JS library/framework (e.g. React, AngularJS, Vue.js),
• Experience with RESTful API's and asynchronous web services,
• Experience in responsive web/mobile design,
• Strong knowledge of version control systems e.g. Git,
• Experience in optimizing for page performance is a plus,
• Experience in testing and its tools is a plus,
• Node.js knowledge is a plus,
• Experience with Microsoft Azure is a plus,
• Experience with the Agile / Scrum methodologies,
• Creative and fast problem-solving skills,
• Good team player, result-oriented attitude and analytical mind,
• Strong communicational and interpersonal skills,
• At least a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, engineering or a related field.
