Human Resources Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee HR operations and PA services, ensuring smooth and efficient processes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will lead a dedicated team and play a key role in shaping HR strategies that align with organisational goals.

Salary: €65,000-€70,000 (DOE) + benefits package

The Role:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and delivering consistent, high-quality service.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, including an HR Advisor and HR Assistant, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Oversee the full payroll cycle in partnership with an outsourced provider, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Continuously review and enhance HR workflows, implementing technology-driven solutions to optimize processes.
• Drive engagement and performance management initiatives to support employee development and organizational success.
• Provide strategic leadership for the PA population, including recruitment, training, and workload management, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to design and implement HR and operational policies.

Requirements

• A degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of five years’ experience in HR operations management, with proven people leadership experience.
• Prior experience in a professional services environment is required.
• Demonstrated success in managing teams and delivering process improvements.
• Expertise in HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with a focus on driving efficiency.
• Experience working with CoreHR is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
