Get Ready To

• Develop AI-Powered Applications: Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end AI solutions, including chatbots, Q&A platforms, and agent workflows.
• Optimize Business Processes: Leverage AI to enhance efficiency in marketing, support, localization, and other key business functions.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify AI-driven opportunities and integrate solutions into our operations.
• Manage Data Pipelines & AI Models: Develop and maintain robust datasets, prompt strategies, and pipelines to ensure effective AI performance.
• Enhance AI System Performance: Evaluate and refine AI models to ensure outputs are accurate, secure, scalable, and compliant with industry regulations.
• Stay Ahead of AI Trends: Conduct research, rapid prototyping, and stay updated on evolving LLM technologies and frameworks to drive continuous innovation.

We Expect You To

• Have at least 2 years of experience in Front-end and/or Back-end fields
• Be comfortable working with PHP, especially with frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.
• Be proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
• Have knowledge of front-end design systems like Tailwind or Material UI.
• Be experienced with relational databases such as MySQL, NoSQL or PostgreSQL.
• Understand and work with RESTful APIs (or GraphQL) effectively.
• Have experience writing unit and integration tests; familiarity with TDD is a bonus.
• Have a solid understanding of OOP fundamentals and design patterns.
• Be fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
• Be a good communicator and enjoy sharing your experience with others.

Salary

Gross salary range is 3500-6000 EUR/month.

*Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

We have a fantastic office in the heart of Antakalnis, Vilnius, overlooking the Sapiegos Park, which offers spectacular views in every season.
