French Speaking Accounts Receivable Specialist

You Can Expect To

• Collaborate and communicate with the external client to ensure high level of process quality related to the client’s services and production
• Review of statements of accounts from brokers/third parties
• Allocate of received cash
• Investigate of mismatches in received information
• Raise payments
• Manage correspondence and documentation
• Participate in different projects contributing for process improvement
• Participate in learning sessions and training new joiners about work types and processes
• Prepare of reports and analysis
  
  

We Expect You To

• Have good spoken and written French (B2/C1) and English languages
• Have good analytical skills
• Have good communication and time management skills
• Be customer focus and have positive attitude
• Have working experience with MS Excel as this would be considered as an advantage
• Have experience in Finance/Insurance field and/or related studies would be an advantage
