Get Ready To

• Design and Optimize AI Prompts: Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end AI solutions, including chatbots, Q&A platforms, and agent workflows.
• Enhance AI Workflows and Automation: Leverage AI to enhance efficiency in marketing, support, localization, and other key business functions.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify AI-driven opportunities and integrate solutions into our operations.
• Develop and Refine Prompt Strategies & AI Models: Develop and maintain robust datasets, prompt strategies, and pipelines to ensure effective AI performance.
• Optimize AI Responses for Accuracy and Efficiency: Evaluate and refine AI models to ensure outputs are accurate, secure, scalable, and compliant with industry regulations.
• Research and Innovate with the Latest AI Tools and Techniques: Conduct research, rapid prototyping, and stay updated on evolving LLM technologies and frameworks to drive continuous innovation.

We Expect You To

• Have experience in prompt engineering, AI language models, or automation tools (whether self-taught or formal education—we care about what you can do!)
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and a creative, experimental mindset
• Be comfortable working across different functions (marketing, support, tech, design, etc.)
• Familiarity with LLMs, NLP techniques, and AI model behavior (OpenAI, NLP, automation tools, etc.) is a plus!
• Have a passion for innovation and workflow optimization through AI
• Thrive in a fast-paced, youthful, and ambitious environment

Salary

Gross salary range is 3500-6000 EUR/month.

*Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

We have a fantastic office in the heart of Antakalnis, Vilnius, overlooking the Sapiegos Park, which offers spectacular views in every season.
