Main Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing tasks on many different browsers
- Help troubleshoot issues reported by the support team
- Report, prioritize, and solve bugs
- Suggest solutions to identified product problems
- Investigate product quality to make improvements and achieve better customer satisfaction
- Participate in writing test plans and test cases
- Escalate problems without waiting for them to be resolved on their own
- Be actively involved in teamwork.
- 1+ years of experience in a QA position
- Passion for breaking things
- Sharp eyes for details and the ability to see the big picture
- Willingness to grow and learn new things in a QA role
- Problem-solver approach
- High adaptability to changes.
- Ability to accept feedback and make changes or improvements accordingly
- Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with browser extensions
