Business Analyst with Project Management Experience for Housing Journeys Tribe

Job Description

As part of Danske Banks Forward 28 strategy we, the Housing Journeys tribe, are focused on to creating seamless and efficient solutions to enhance the housing experience for both customers and colleagues across all Nordic countries.

We aim to introduce a simple and modern advisory system in the housing sector, improving the advisory experience by simplifying the process and ensuring quicker decision-making for both customers and advisers with value generation already from 2026.

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can take on responsibilities like a Project Manager. You will be part of a focused team working on our largest housing mortgage project in the past decade, both in scale and modernization vision.

You will:

• Work closely with the external vendor and our internal stakeholders to understand and define the requirements for a more efficient flow of interactions
• Lead and manage the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
• Communicate with all stakeholders, providing regular updates and facilitating workshops as needed
• Support the project from start to finish, making sure everything aligns with our business goals and is delivered on time
• Keep an eye on how things are progressing, help manage any risks and assist in solving issues to ensure the project's success
• Look for ways to improve and bring new ideas to the project
  
  

About you:

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
