About The Role

Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge as a Project Manager?

Join us in this pivotal role where you'll act as the primary interface between our clients and Benify, ensuring the seamless delivery of key projects. You'll take full ownership of your assigned projects, from initial planning through to execution, monitoring, and successful handover to ongoing services.

You will play a vital role in driving successful outcomes by excelling in key areas such as project planning, stakeholder management, and internal communication.

You’ll take charge of sprint planning, maintaining RAID logs, and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies. Your expertise in project budget management and coordinating internal teams will ensure seamless project execution. Additionally, you will lead the implementation of transformative projects for Benify’s international clients, focusing on delivering exceptional results and fostering collaboration across all stakeholders.

You Will Also

• Leverage your strong communication and planning skills to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish
• Manage crises, mitigate risks, and deliver impactful presentations
• Ensure successful delivery of scope, time, and budget while managing stakeholder relationships and coordinating internal teams
• Identify opportunities for up-selling to help drive value for both clients and the business making you a key player in delivering exceptional outcomes
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and aligned with client expectations
  
  
  

Required

Who we are looking for

• Technical Project Management within a SaaS environment
• Experience working with complex projects
• 3+ years’ experience working as a project manager, but would consider less experience for the right individual
• Strong communications skills both written and verbal in English
• Enjoy problem-solving, working in teams, and taking initiative

Location: Hybrid from our Vilnius office

Start Date: As soon as we find our perfect match

Extent: This is a 12 month Fixed term contract , working full time

Salary: Up to 3200 Euros [before tax] depending on experience
