Technical Support Engineer

Gurtam is an international software developer and provider of Wialon, the platform for GPS tracking and IoT. We are pleased to invite a Technical Care Specialist to provide technical support for our software (Wialon). The work involves deep immersion in the product, analytics, technical consulting and user training.

Requirements

• Technical education or work experience in the IT field. Experience as a technical support specialist or system administrator is an advantage.
• Strong Intermediate level of English and Russian. Knowledge Spanish is a big plus.
• Willingness to work in shifts (day and night shifts: 2 days from 8 am to 8 pm / 2 days off / 2 days from 8 pm to 8 am / 2 days off…).
• Strive to learn independently and further provide quality advice to clients on their issues.

Responsibilities

• Initial processing and basic analysis of incoming requests in English and Russian.
• Consulting clients on Gurtam products and providing technical support via HelpDesk, phone, and online chat 24/7.
• Advising and assisting colleagues from other departments on technically-related questions.
• Advising clients on Gurtam products, their settings and capabilities.
