Experience

 Previous experience in a similar role (SOC, IT security, compliance).

 In-depth knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST).

Technical Skills

 Familiarity with security monitoring tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, etc.).  Knowledge of cloud environments and associated security best practices (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Aptitudes

 Excellent analytical and organizational skills.  Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.  Detail-oriented with a strong focus on meeting deadlines.
