Data Analyst

About the Job:

Are you passionate about turning raw data into meaningful insights? Do you thrive on solving complex problems and making a real impact with data? As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping our organization tackle social challenges by transforming figures and facts into actionable knowledge.

You will work closely with different teams, collecting and structuring data from various sources, analyzing trends, and developing dashboards and reports that drive informed decision-making. Your expertise will help optimize processes, prioritize projects, and support strategic goals with data-driven solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

✔ Collect, structure, and analyze data from multiple sources.

✔ Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Power BI.

✔ Identify patterns and insights to support business decisions.

✔ Work proactively with stakeholders to address data needs.

✔ Present complex data in a clear and accessible way.

✔ Ensure data integrity and documentation of analysis processes.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ A completed HBO Bachelor's degree or higher.

✔ At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst.

✔ Proven expertise with MS BI tools (e.g., Power BI), SQL, and data platforms (databases and warehouses).

✔ Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.

✔ A proactive and structured approach to problem-solving.

✔ Excellent communication and visualization skills.
