Project Description:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong technical background, ideally with experience as a developer, to lead teams in agile, innovative environments within the healthcare sector.

This project involves the custom development of digital solutions for healthcare professionals, middle and senior management in healthcare units, as well as components for users. This is a high-impact, publicly visible project with delivery challenges and coordination with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.

The Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation and evolution of these solutions:

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management.
• Proven experience in healthcare projects.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Experience with microservices, Fullstack development (React, Angular), and DevOps practices.

Preferred Requirements:

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).

• Teamwork: Ability to lead and work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Delivery: Focus on delivering high-impact solutions on time and within budget.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external teams and stakeholders.

Educational Background:

• Degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
