We are looking for a Digital Designer/UX/UI Designer eager to join a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment. You will play a key role in designing innovative, user-focused solutions that elevate digital experiences across various platforms.

We are looking for a Digital Designer/UX/UI Designer eager to join a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment. You will play a key role in designing innovative, user-focused solutions that elevate digital experiences across various platforms.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and optimize user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web, mobile, and app platforms, ensuring seamless usability for various sectors, including large-scale corporate environments, homes, and offices.
- Lead digital projects end-to-end: from conceptualization and wireframing to prototyping, testing, and production, aligning all designs with the corporate image and branding strategies.
- Create engaging visual content for digital channels, including Social Media Campaigns, Responsive Design, Landing Pages, Banners, and Video Content.
- Research and propose innovative functionalities that position our company as a market leader while ensuring alignment with business strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, Marketing, R&D) to ensure the feasibility and strategic alignment of design solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to iterate designs for optimal user satisfaction.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years in digital design, with a focus on UX/UI, digital campaigns, and creative content development. Experience in B2B projects or tech platforms is highly valued.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, After Effects).
- Strong knowledge of Social Media Campaigns, Multichannel Campaigns, Responsive Design, and Social Ads (Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads).
- Expertise in user-centered design principles, interactive prototyping, and information architecture.
- Creative and Analytical Skills:
- A high sense of aesthetics and strong creative skills to produce visually impactful designs.
- Analytical abilities to make business-level decisions and create solutions that align with product and organizational objectives.
- Collaboration:
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, maintain a global vision of the product, and ensure consistency across all design outputs
- Languages: Fluent English, spoken and written, to effectively communicate ideas and strategies.
- Indefinite contract
