For our customer located in Basel/Switzerland we are currently looking for a: Clinical Project Manager (m/f/d)

Description:

• Support PTC Tech Head in rolling out comms on Harbor (Knowledge Management system) as the preferred channel for GCO
• Location: 100 %onsite Basel
• Branch: Pharma
• Duration: 03.02.25 – 02.08.2025

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Represent the Knowledge Management / Harbor communication area in the GCO Knowledge Board
• Manage Harbor as a GCO comms channel, setting the expectations, scheduling and demonstrating best practice
• Set the strategy and change management for transition of communications from functional/team email channels and newsletters into Harbor
• Work with Learning Managers to assist in the communication of content migration from function/team SharePoint sites into Harbor
• Liaise with GCO comms contributors to understand their needs and assist them in achieving their goals
• Upskill authors/curators in communications best practice
• Document ‘how to’ guides for best practice (eg, embedding videos, adding images, formatting)
• Track KPIs and other metrics for reporting within PTC and Enabling Technologies

Must Haves

• Education: Scientific University degree.
• Experience in communication is more crucial than the educational background.
