As the Head of Investor Relations, you will play a pivotal role in securing funding for the $SRC Ecosystem by fostering relationships with investors, leading token sales, and positioning the ecosystem as a leading trade finance platform.

Key Responsibilities:


Fundraising and Token Sales

Develop and execute a strategic fundraising plan to secure investments through token offerings.

Lead the design and execution of private and public token sales, ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with market trends.

Collaborate with the legal and technical teams to structure tokenomics and offerings that appeal to investors.

Analyze market conditions and investor sentiment to optimize fundraising efforts.

Investor Relations and Relationship Management

Identify, engage, and build relationships with institutional investors, venture capitalists, and crypto-focused funds.

Serve as the primary point of contact for current and potential investors.

Create and deliver compelling investor presentations, pitch decks, and regular updates.

Manage a robust CRM system to track and nurture investor leads.

Market Positioning and Branding

Act as the face of $SRC Ecosystem in investor-related events, webinars, and industry conferences.

Work closely with the marketing team to craft targeted campaigns for token offerings.

Communicate the project's vision, milestones, and growth potential effectively to investors.

Reporting and Compliance

Ensure transparent and timely communication of project updates, milestones, and financial reports to investors.

Monitor and adhere to relevant regulations related to fundraising and token offerings in different jurisdictions.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

Proven experience (5+ years) in investor relations, fundraising, or business development, preferably in the blockchain or fintech industry.

Strong understanding of tokenomics, blockchain ecosystems, and crypto fundraising strategies.

Experience managing large-scale fundraising campaigns, including private and public token sales.

Skills and Attributes

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

Deep network within the Web3, crypto, and venture capital communities.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.

Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented with a passion for blockchain technology.
