Product Manager

The Role

As a Product Manager at our client, you will own the product roadmap and drive the solution in the right direction by identifying market and customer needs and opportunities. You will be in direct contact with our client’s customers to understand their needs, bring in market insights and data, and communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure the right vision is achieved for individual solutions.

What you will do

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer needs.
• Be the voice of the customer, sharing insights with the team.
• Talk to customers to discover and validate new features.
• Manage the backlog, write user stories, and refine designs with the team.
• Work with engineers, UX, marketing, R&D and sales to launch new products.
• Track performance and user engagement to ensure product success.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• A track record of launching successful products.
• Strong communication and business sense.
• Understanding of agile development and working in cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable talking to customers and shaping product strategy.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on user impact.
• Familiarity with tools like Confluence and JIRA.
• Ability to work with teams across different time zones.
