DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure supporting both development and production environments. The ideal candidate will work closely with development teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines, automate processes, and optimize infrastructure for scalability, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• CI/CD & Automation:
• Design, implement, and support CI/CD/CT pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Subversion.
• Automate infrastructure deployment and management using GitHub Actions and other DevOps tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
• Infrastructure Management:
• Maintain and support AWS and on-premises infrastructure, leveraging Docker, Kubernetes (Amazon EKS), and virtual machines.
• Ensure high availability, security, and compliance of cloud-based and data center setups.
• Monitoring & Logging:
• Maintain and optimize ELK-based monitoring and logging solutions.
• Continuously improve system performance, availability, and security.
• Developer Support & Security:
• Enhance developer experience through self-service automation and compliance-friendly workflows.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure infrastructure compliance with industry standards.

Essential Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in DevOps, with expertise in:
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Subversion
• Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (Amazon EKS)
• Cloud Platforms: AWS and on-premises data centers
• Infrastructure Automation: GitHub Actions, scripting, and DevOps tools
• Monitoring & Logging: ELK stack

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, and IT service management integration.
• Familiarity with security best practices for cloud infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
