Senior Machine Learning Engineer – Malmö (Onsite, 5 Days a Week)

Seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer for a long-term contract (6-12 months to start) with a high-impact project in Malmö. You'll work closely with engineers, researchers, and designers to develop and deploy advanced ML models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable ML systems for real-world applications.
• Develop and deploy cutting-edge models for complex problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into technical solutions.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in developing, deploying, and optimising ML models in production.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale datasets and distributed systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Transformer models and real-time inference.
• Background in dataset curation and annotation.
• Knowledge of GIS data and/or Scala.
• Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in ML, AI, or related fields.
• Contributions to open-source ML projects or published research.
