User Experience Designer

We are excited to represent our client in the search of their next great hire. We want to speak with USER INTERFACE/ USER EXPERIENCE design and delivery specialist. As the key UI/UX specialist, you will be a key member of a very active and market leading design, product and platform team.

Our client delivers cloud based platform data services to global enterprise estates - delivering real time and direct insight to their climate data/ climate impact understanding.

As a UX/UI Specialist, you will create high-quality Figma designs and prototypes based on the product team’s requirements.

You will work closely with our product management and development teams to ensure our products are user-friendly and visually appealing.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather and understand user requirements.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
• Ensure that all designs adhere to best practices in UX and UI design.
• Create and maintain design documentation and style guides.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.

Requirements for this position:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience with Figma or equivalent.
• Excellent understanding of UX principles and best practices.
• Ability to create clean, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field of study
• 2+ years' of experience in design
• Proficient in visual design and wireframing tools
