Data / AI Product Manager

We believe great businesses are developed by great teams, so we always try to hire great people. Now, we’re looking for a "Data / AI Product Manager" who will work with our Data Science team to help contribute to the next phase at iLab.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced academic degree (MS / PhD) typically in a quantitative discipline or related field is a plus
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in AI or tech-focused products
• Familiarity with the Scrum framework and Agile methodologies
• Experience working with data science teams and understanding of AI technologies
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with an ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to rapid changes
• Knowledge in data science, machine learning fields
• Hands-on application experience of machine learning models, statistical methods and optimization algorithms in real-life problems
• Experience in recommendation systems, click models, graph models and ranking algorithms is a plus
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, meets deadlines, and simultaneously works on multiple projects
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Your Role:

• Develop and articulate a clear vision for AI-driven products
• Translate business goals into actionable product roadmaps
• Identify opportunities for leveraging AI to solve complex business problems
• Act as a Product Owner within the Scrum framework
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, focusing on delivering value
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other cross-functional teams
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and report progress
• Oversee the integration of AI and machine learning models into product solutions
• Working with the data science team to develop and deploy big data and machine learning processing pipelines
• Collaborate with other product, engineering and commercial teams as needed
• Opportunities to advance to senior product management roles
• Potential to lead larger, more complex AI initiatives or move into strategic business roles
