Project Manager

Project Overview:

UST is looking for Project manager to work for IT and liaise with Business PM on a Coupa implementation project for the APAC region.

Project will be implementing 21 company codes from ERP's (SAP and JD Edwards (E1)), using middleware applications of Informatica and Oracle Fusion Middleware.

Role Scope / Deliverables: Scope of project is implementing 21 company codes from SAP and JD Edwards (E1), using an existing implementation process whereby we have Informatica and Oracle Fusion Middleware transferring data between Coupa and the ERP's.

• IT PM will be responsible for liaising with the business PM and tracking all deliverables in the project plan, working with IT stakeholders to deliver the solution.
• The main task is to keep the project on time and to escalate where required to the Snr IT Manager.
• Implementations like this have been done before, so there is a blueprint for how to do this, but there will be regional unknowns that will require additional focus and prioritization.
• IT PM will closely with my team, who will be delivering the setups and working closely with our business partners.

Key Skills:

• Project manager skills, with over 5 years experience of technical Project management.
• SAP and / or JD Edwards Oracle knowledge.
• Ability to work with a diverse set if teams
• Knowledge of the procure to pay process, specifically in APAC region would be a bonus.

Methodical approach to PM.

• Waterfall PM experience.
