Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Asset Creation:

• Design and produce high-quality 2D assets, animations, and backgrounds that engage users and enhance interactive experiences.
• Ensure all visual elements align with the project’s artistic direction and branding guidelines.

Visual Consistency:

• Maintain a cohesive visual identity across different projects by adhering to established illustration styles and guidelines.
• Provide input and creative solutions to enhance design consistency and storytelling.

Industry Trends & Innovation:

• Stay updated with design trends, art movements, and industry best practices.
• Continuously contribute fresh and innovative ideas to improve visual aesthetics and user engagement.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing professionals, to translate creative concepts into polished visual assets.
• Communicate design concepts effectively, ensuring alignment with project goals and user needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Digital Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in illustration and animation, preferably in the interactive entertainment industry.
• A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality artwork, animations, and design projects.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Spine Animation.
• Solid understanding of color theory, composition, and perspective.
• Experience in motion graphics and animation principles.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in gaming, digital media, or interactive content creation.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and best practices.
