Lead Cyber Security Sales Engineer

WWT MEA GSP currently has an opportunity available for a Head of Cybersecurity SE, who will support our growing MEA Sales and Engineering team located in UAE. This Technical Pre-Sales Engineer will support wide range of clients in MEA, across CSP, Financials, Government and Public Sector, and Healthcare.

In this specific role you will be given the opportunity to work on new innovative solution that transform the way our customers consume technology and create new business opportunities.

Your Responsibilities

Day to Day responsibilities

• Work on security technology roadmap and priorities with clients
• Work on Proposal
• Work with account team and OEM on Solution BOQ/BOM
• Work with services team on statement of work (SOW)

• 10+ years of professional experience in the cyber security industry within the UAE and GCC region
• Strong Business Acumen and ability to translate business challenges into tech requirements
• Understanding of Challenger/MEDDPIC sales qualification methodologies
• Ability to instill confidence throughout the sales life-cycle
• Capable of simplifying complex solutions and articulate it in a simplified fashion
• Proven experience of working in the Telecommunications, IT and Security industry
• Subject matter expert in applying proactive cyber defence strategies like: Zero Trust, Cyber Resliency, IoT Security and SOC modernisation
• Relevant industry certifications: Cisco, PaloAlto, Fortinet, Crowdstrike, Microsoft Security, SentinelOne, Cloudflare, Zscaler,..etc
• Expert-level certification strongly desired such as: CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISC2 CC and CEH
• Engineering degree (or equivalent) preferred
• Fluent English
• Great presentation skills in terms of strong competence to manage, control a meeting and come out with a clear action-plan to drive success
• Aspiration to support and develop individual contributors and build a high performance team
