Are you a seasoned Project Manager with experience in managing high-rise building development projects from the inception until handover?
GRG is partnered with a leading Real Estate developer to hire a Project Manager.
Qualifications :
- Min. of Bachelor Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering. PMP certification (or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum 10 years experience in Residential, Commercial, and Hotel projects as Project Manager, and in-depth knowledge of local Authorities
- Must have managed projects from the inception until handover
- Past experience in PMC or client organizations as a project manager in construction projects.
- Proven track record in planning managing & delivering high-rise tower projects throughout projects lifecycle, within set budget & timelines.
- Having a strong background in managing, accounting for, & assessing risk with proactive approach for risk identification, management & mitigation.
- Strong focus on Quality, HSE, QA/QC and Authority requirements.
- Proficiency in Contract management
- Strong communication skills, and ability to conduct and produce regular quality audit report and management updates.
- Ability to work under pressure reflecting accountability and strong leadership skills to manage Contractor and Consultant teams.
- Team player, working collaboratively with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Accountability and Proactiveness.
- Works autonomously within established procedures and practices, with latitude to determine work priorities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Leading Consultant and Contractor teams in fulfilling project requirements.
- Demonstrating accountability with "Project Owner" mindset, with key objective to deliver project on time, within budget, and as per specified quality benchmark.
- Ensuring smooth project workflow and liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely action.
- Early identification of risk and regular mitigation to achieve thorough closeout.
- Supervise effective implementation of engineering, site activities and inspection schedules and ensure adherence to all procedures; coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.
- Analyse non-conforming processes and site activities, to ensure maintenance of optimal quality.
- Liaising with supply chain and third-party vendors and verifying procurement status.
- Preparing regular reporting to senior management and escalating critical issues.
- Documenting Lessons Learned and sharing knowledge within department team members to mitigate risks, and continuously enhance processes and deliverables.
