MFN Program Manager, 3P Marketplace

Amazon EF (External fulfilment) for MENA (Middle East and North Africa) and TR (Turkey) regions plays a vital role in managing the external fulfillment and logistics operations for sellers in these rapidly growing marketplaces. We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager for MFN channels to oversee launch of different product roadmaps & programs and optimize processes in the MENA and TR regions, ensuring efficient operations, competitive service levels, and exceptional seller experiences.

Key job responsibilities

• Work backwards from the customer to scope and define program requirements and critical milestones
• Demonstrate a high level of ownership to drive multiple time sensitive actions items simultaneously through multiple teams
• Own Program trackers to communicate progress and updates to internal/external stakeholders
• Problem solve with a high degree of ambiguity and operating in a rapidly evolving and changing landscape
• End-to-End project coordination, managing multiple stakeholders to ensure all Road to Launch tasks are completed as per program
• Collaborate and influence team members, work with internal and external stakeholders, and present projects to senior leadership on a regular basis
• Gathering and analyzing data on launch performance results
• Establish and develop initiatives to support expansion strategies
  
  

A day in the life

As a PM for MFN in the MENA and TR regions, your day will involve analyzing VTR/ Returns/ Refund related performance metrics, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges, and developing strategies to enhance the seller/customer experience. You'll engage with sellers and logistics partners to gather feedback and identify opportunities for innovation. Your role will require you to balance strategic planning with hands-on problem-solving, always focusing on driving operational excellence and supporting the growth of MFN in these dynamic markets.

Basic Qualifications

• Over 3 years of project or program management experience involving various challenges
• Over 3 years of process improvement experience using data/metrics
• MS Excel advance level (data visualization using functions, Pivot Table, Power Query, VBA experience)
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in MS Access and SQL
• 4 years' of related experience.
• Bachelors Degree in Management, Business or related degree
• Previous experience and demonstrated track record in program management, supply chain management
• E-Commerce or Retail experience in MENAT preferred
• Knowledge of Advanced Excel, SQL
