Assistant Project Manager

Our client is a leading manufacturer of custom-made furniture for all things hospitality! They are looking for a passionate Project Coordinator who is eager to take on a vital role and grow within the company!

In this role as Project Coordinator, you will work directly with customers, our partner facilities, and management team from the receipt of purchase orders to delivery and installation.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop internal project schedules to cross reference with facilities production schedule to ensure timeline is met
• Analyze and populate quotations
• Monitor project progress, quality control, and and internal deliverables
• Develop and improve project management processes’ and operations
• Review production shop drawings and communicate pertinent details to production teams
• Recording and managing project invoices and material orders while considering project budget
• Keep management informed across all projects and communicate any issues or details that need to be addressed
• Ability to work effectively with our teams in multiple geographies.
• Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate processes and procedures to all stakeholders (management and customers).
• Develop and bring forward new ideas and innovative ideas that improve customer satisfaction and business performance.

Requirements

• Ability to develop, manage, and execute on schedules and deliverables
• Experience in project management, construction management or equivalent.
• 1-year of professional experience with comparable responsibilities
• Experienced with project software such as Google, Microsoft Teams and PDF.
• Exceptional work ethic, self-motivated, and highly driven
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
