Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Operational Excellence team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and analyzing operational reports using tools such as Power BI, Twilio, and ServiceNow, analyzing data to provide insights on business operations, assisting in procedure and process development, and supporting various project management and ad-hoc operational tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards using Power BI, Twilio, and ServiceNow.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.
  • Assist in the development and optimization of procedures and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
  • Perform various ad-hoc operational tasks as needed to support the team and organization.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Twilio, ServiceNow, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and industry-specific knowledge.
  • Experience with change management processes and tools.
  • Ability to manage and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, or R.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with machine learning techniques and algorithms.
