About The Team

Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides robust and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for TikTok LIVE Creator Network platform product design, including internal and external platforms, user end product features and corresponding user experience optimization. Expand and ship product capabilities to multiple parties across the goble. Work with multiple business parties to continuously empower business partners to achieve success.
• Define the product roadmap, set business metrics, and drive cross-functional efforts to achieve success.
• Participate deeply in the business, including collecting the requests of stakeholders such as operations, product, algorithm, and engineers to sort out business processes, form product plans, and coordinate resources to promote the implementation.
• Improve the rationality of platform system architecture and provide timely and efficient tool support for the livestream safety business through forward-looking modular and configurable design.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across different time zones and cultures, utilising data driven strategies to influence product decisions.
  
  

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with 3 years or more experience in Internet platform products, content products, B-end customer entry, and moderation platform background are preferred;
• Strong ability in product planning and interaction design, with a focus on User Experience, able to efficiently and independently complete project promotion and implementation;
• Have good logical thinking and business abstraction and disassembly ability, able to independently complete product planning according to business needs, and coordinate resources efficiently;
• Have a global perspective, good business understanding, not limited to accepting business needs, have certain thinking and judgment on business models and trends, be able to actively explore product improvement points, and cooperate deeply with business;
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve complex problems;
• Good communication skills, with overseas study or work experience preferred
