Main Function

The market data team designs, builds, and maintains firm-wide infrastructure, connecting the firm to global markets at high speed. They develop and maintain native exchange feeds used for generating trading signals for research, and manage production infrastructure for live trading market access. Their continuous improvement efforts focus on increasing performance and stability. Close collaboration with quants ensures that their products align with business priorities. Quality control, testing, and monitoring are integral to developing processes.

You Will:

• Work closely with stakeholders and team members to define requirements, iterate quickly, and deliver high-quality functionality.
• Design and build market data software for new venues, and implement new features and improvements to the overall Market Data platform.
• Automate mundane tasks.
• Demonstrate strong ownership of projects throughout their full engineering lifecycle.
• Ensure deliverables meet high standards through robust testing procedures, a central part of our development process.
• Provide level 2 support to ensure products are highly available for business needs.

Must Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related subject.
• 4+ years of C/C++ Linux-based development experience.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• Experience working on Market Data solutions.
