Job Overview

Iconsultera is seeking a creative and motivated Entry-Level UX/UI Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will help craft user-friendly interfaces and engaging digital experiences that align with our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts.
• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on usability and aesthetics.
• Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and improve designs.
• Maintain and update design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles, design processes, and user-centered design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design work (academic, personal, or internship projects).
• Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Familiarity with usability testing methods and tools.
• Experience working with design systems and responsive design.
• Basic understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines.
