Position Overview:

The Construction Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of hospital and high-rise building projects from inception through completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day management of the construction projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Oversee the procurement and management of subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations, local codes, and hospital-specific requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Prepare and present regular project status updates, including risk assessments and mitigation plans.
• Resolve issues that may arise on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to the project’s progress.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality control throughout the construction process.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs.
• Mentor and support junior project team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on hospital and high-rise building projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-million-dollar projects.
• Proficiency in construction management softwares.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
