Senior Product Manager - Digital Banking (Muscat, Oman)

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to play a key role in the digital transformation of a leading Middle Eastern bank. Based in Muscat, Oman, you will lead the development and rollout of a new mobile banking application, shaping the bank's digital product strategy and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

• Drive end-to-end product development, from concept to launch, for the bank's new mobile app.
• Define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Lead customer research, competitor analysis, and market trends assessment to refine product features.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and business teams to deliver a world-class digital banking experience.
• Optimize user journeys, engagement, and conversion, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience.
• Work on product monetization strategies to enhance profitability.
• Define and track KPIs, using data-driven insights to drive continuous product improvements.

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background in digital banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Proven track record in mobile app development, product strategy, and go-to-market execution.
• Deep understanding of digital banking trends, customer behavior, and financial technology.
• Experience working with agile teams and digital product development.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Experience in the Middle East market is a plus.

• Location: Muscat, Oman
• Duration: Full-time, 12-month contract (with potential extension)
