Key Responsibilities:

Employee Welfare and Engagement:

  • Implement and oversee employee welfare programs that support mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
  • Create initiatives to enhance work-life balance, job satisfaction, and overall employee engagement.
  • Foster relationships with employees to promote a sense of belonging and community within the workplace.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and HR management to ensure a competitive edge.


Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles across the EU, Ukraine, and the Philippines, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create tailored recruitment strategies that attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit within the organization.
  • Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure an efficient and streamlined hiring process.
  • Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline to meet both current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to enhance recruitment efforts.


Human Resources Management:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs that support the company’s strategic goals and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, promoting a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • Design and facilitate employee development programs to enhance skills and career progression.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant HR certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic mindset with the capability to contribute to broader HR initiatives, including employee welfare.
  • A high level of English proficiency is required in reading, speaking and writing
  • Proven experience sourcing candidates in the EU, Ukraine, and APAC regions.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and technical recruitment, preferably within the Hi-Tech sector.
