Propositions Manager – US / Canada / UK

Job Role:

• Responsible for conceptualizing and managing unique customer propositions
• Stay connected to the sales functions to keep seeking customer feedback on and identifying customer need gaps
• Liaise with internal product teams to create best in class products
• Work with the Customer Journey / Digital Leads to ensure seamless delivery of customer propositions
• Work closely with the Marketing and alliances team to build a strong customer communication strategy
• Stay abreast of industry trends and identify unique opportunities to enhance customer value
• Competition mapping to identify product initiatives
• Ensure that the unique propositions are in line with regulatory guidelines across jurisdictions

Job Requirements:

• 10-15 years of experience in Product / Propositions
• Prior NR experience will be an added advantage
• Ability to influence in a matrix structure
• Excellent communication / presentation skills
