o Develop, plan, and execute go to market campaigns tailored for corporate clients, focusing on their unique financial and lifestyle needs
o Develop and maintain detailed MIS reports and performance dashboards that track key metrics at the account level, including product-wise performance, client profitability, client engagement, and revenue generation.
o Analyse and interpret data to provide insights into client and employee engagement trends, supporting data-driven decision-making across the Corporate Payroll and Premium Corporate teams.
o Monitor compliance metrics and ensure all corporate salary accounts adhere to regulatory requirements and internal standards. Report any compliance discrepancies and support teams in implementing corrective actions.
o Coordinate with external vendors to manage services that support corporate salary products
o Work closely with GCC, Premium Corporates, and fulfilment teams to share insights on product performance, compliance issues, and client satisfaction metrics. Provide data-driven support for ongoing strategy and client initiatives.
o Closely work with product and proposition teams to Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic alliances with service providers
o Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of data reported in MIS and dashboards, establishing quality control processes and validating data with operational teams as needed.
o Prepare customized reports and analyses upon request to support strategic initiatives, business reviews, and management decision-making
