WiseMonk.io is an innovative EOR platform enabling global businesses to expand into India seamlessly. We're looking for a dedicated Customer Success Associate to join our team in Seshadripuram, Bangalore.

Position Overview

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll serve as an HRBP managing employee relationships and delivering exceptional HR services while driving client satisfaction and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a dedicated HRBP for a portfolio of 50+ employees across multiple client organizations

- Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle management including onboarding, engagement, and offboarding

- Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and leave management

- Resolve employee queries and concerns promptly while maintaining high service standards

- Identify upsell opportunities within existing client accounts

- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure service excellence

- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation

- Drive employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

- 1-3 years of experience in HR operations or customer success

- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines

- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS platforms

Work Details

- Location: Seshadripuram, Bangalore

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, in-office role
