Desired Competencies :

• Must have 5+ years of analysis experience
• Good Power BI knowledge.
• Intermediate level proficiency with SQL, specifically well versed with analytical features.
• Experience with Big Data/Analytics platforms/languages, Hive/Spark and Python/R.
• Experience with PowerBI or Tableau or other BI platforms to develop reports and dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex subjects to a wider audience, technical and non-technical.
• Hands-on to get things done fast and ability to work without continual guidance.
• Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize work.
• Should be able to
• Analyzes complex business problems using data from internal and external sources.
• Analyzes and defines metrics that tie back to business performance and initiatives.
• Identifies and interprets trends and patterns to attribute key business drivers.
• Directly produces datasets and reports for analysis using databases and reporting tools, mapping to business requirements.
• Provides actionable insights to decision-makers to influence strategy and performance. Good-to-Have Hands on experience with Python
• Understanding of Advance analytics areas
• Experience with Telemetry data
