About the Role:

As a Security Analyst specialising in Access Management, you will play a crucial role in understanding and addressing the security needs of both internal and external stakeholders. Your expertise will help uphold compliance with various regulatory frameworks, and your proactive mindset will foster continuous improvement in security processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand security needs for compliance with SOX, SOC2, FTC, PCI, and ISO27001.
• Perform periodic reviews and testing of IAM security controls.
• Provide Tier 1 support for access compliance functions and assist with daily operational activities.
• Communicate policies and procedures regarding security best practises to stakeholders.
• Develop new standards and modify existing guidelines as necessary.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in access management, data analysis, or information security.
• Familiarity with user provisioning and access management processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and projects effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in scripting languages, SQL, PHP, and Python.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, GISO, GCIH, or CIPP.
• Strong desire to learn and continuously deepen technical skills.
