Project Manager

Project Manager – Royal Tunbridge Wells – Hybrid (2 days a week in the office) – up to £40,000 DOE

The Role

A successful Digital Agency are on the lookout for a Project Manager to join their team to work on various projects across a region of industries.

You will be working on projects of all sizes and values, ensuring the projects are running on schedule, on budget and to the required specifications. The environment is very fast paced, and you will be working with many different projects at any one time, so the ability to spin a lot of plates is a necessity. Skills within project management software are also necessary, Scorco is preferred but MS project, Jira, Asana etc. are all acceptable alternatives.

What will you be doing?

• Maintaining first-class relationships with key stakeholders
• Clear and timely project delivery that meets the overall project brief
• Construct detailed timelines for the delivery of each project
• Track and log all project updates and communicate to all relevant parties
• Resolve any issues arising throughout the project timeline

What will you need to bring to the role?

• Proven project management experience and leadership skills or strong backgrounds in co-ordination and client interaction
• Industry experience (Creative, Design or Web Development), or an industry closely aligned with digital
• Great attention to detail
• Interpersonal skills (A strong sense of purpose and direction as well as openness to others’ ideas and opinions)
• Clear communication and presentation skills (Ability to engage clients and colleagues, inspiring them with your efficiency and clear understanding of objectives and outputs)
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
