Title: Site Reliability Engineer

Job Description:

• Manage the existing cloud infrastructure, through monitoring and alerting, to ensure applications and services can operate seamlessly.
• Provide Level 3 support for cloud infrastructure and be the point of contact in critical incidents that affect the operational aspects of key platforms.
• Contribute to uplifting and evolving the cloud infrastructure monitoring and alerting capabilities.
• Contribute to defining the operational components of managing the cloud infrastructure that underpins core tech stacks.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure optimal uptime and performance.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices for Azure-based applications.
• Participate in incident response and resolution, including root cause analysis and post-mortem reviews.
• Implement and maintain robust disaster recovery and failover strategies on Azure.
• Stay current with Microsoft Azure services, features, and best practices, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system reliability and efficiency

• You have proven experience in Azure cloud.
• You have experience in Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights or other monitoring tools, such as Splunk, New Relic, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Hands-on experience running containerized applications and services with Docker that are built for scale using Azure services such as ACS/AKS.
• Scripting experience, such as Bash, PowerShell, and Python.

System administration and troubleshooting experience.
