I am seeking an experienced Project Manager with experience in CRM in Melbourne to take up a role till June 2025 with a view of extension.

Your day at NTT

• A minimum 10 years of IT project management experience, including 5 years of green-field implementation experience.
• Experience with booking, appointment management and CRM systems.
• Experience working within complex ICT environments (preferably within government sector) and reporting to Steering Committees at senior management and exec levels.
• Formal project management methodology experience required - either PRINCE2 or PMBOK.
• Proven agile PM/scrum master experience under the Agile SCRUM methodology, including the running of sprint planning, review and retrospective sessions, controlling scope changes, liaising with various stakeholders (especially Product Owners) on their attendance and commitment to projects.

What would make you a good fit for this role?

• Experience managing the full project life cycle from planning through to operational support hand-over.
• Experience managing multi-functional teams across Business Analysis, Architecture (Solution, Security, Data, Infrastructure), Development, and Testing.
• Extensive experience of managing software development and or COTS implementation.
• Hands-on experience required in managing finance/forecast and delivering projects to approved budget.
• Experience within the Australian Health sector including Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or other hospital or booking systems, My Health Record, and/or the Australian National Healthcare Interoperability Plan.
