The HR Intern, reporting to the Comp and Benefits Manager based on our Munro site, will ensure correct and daily execution of main responsibilities is to support and assist in the different tasks of the HR Hard sector in according to the requirements specified in the role description.

The HR Intern, reporting to the Comp and Benefits Manager based on our Munro site, will ensure correct and daily execution of main responsibilities is to support and assist in the different tasks of the HR Hard sector in according to the requirements specified in the role description.
You will:
- Collaboration in the personnel administration process: registrations, terminations, changes.
- Filing and signing of various documents.
- Creation and updating of personnel files.
- Collaboration in the compilation of payroll news.
- Management of the Time and Attendance System: registrations, cancellations, fingerprints and profiles.
- Management of leave documentation: service certifications and leave work certificates.
Your professional profile requires:
- In progress Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Administration.
- Upper Intermediate English level.
- Experience with excel and Microsoft package.
- Hybrid working model.
