System Engineer

The Systems Engineer is responsible to maintain, troubleshoot and update IT infrastructure for clients. Updates and other maintenance tasks will require after hours and weekend work. This will be EST Timezone US support

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Install and configure servers on VMware

• MS Exchange Hybrid\Office 365 admin

• O365, MS Teams and Sharepoint, Intune admin

• MS Active Directory and GPO administration

• Backups & Restores

• Print server administration

• Provide level 2 & 3 support resolution for the helpdesk

• Patching server operating systems

• Data Center hardware monitoring

• SSL Certificate renewals
