Job Overview:

We are seeking a Financial Analyst/Manager who will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting financial data to help businesses make informed decisions. This individual will work closely with leadership teams to evaluate financial performance, develop forecasts, and generate actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze key financial metrics, KPIs, and business trends.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements including Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, and Profit & Loss (P&L) reports.
• Develop and update financial models to support business decision-making.
• Create insightful financial reports for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Assist with budget planning, variance analysis, and forecasting.
• Offer recommendations based on data-driven financial insights to improve business performance.
  
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of financial metrics, KPIs, and how they impact business operations.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, scripts; macros are a plus).
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar data visualization and analysis tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
