About the Role

Join a high-profile initiative to develop a high-volume, low-latency instant payments system on Microsoft Azure. Work in a Scrum team to build a scalable, cloud-native payment platform, with future expansion to near- and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop Azure-based microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
Implement event-driven architectures with Kafka and Flowable.
Deploy and manage applications using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure high availability and performance using Azure Functions, Azure API Management, and Azure SQL.
Collaborate in an Agile SAFe environment, ensuring security, compliance, and scalability.

Requirements:

Strong Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and microservices expertise.
Hands-on experience with Azure services (AKS, Azure Functions, API Management, Azure SQL, Logic Apps).
Experience in CI/CD with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, XL Deploy, and BlackDuck.
Knowledge of payments, low-latency systems, and event-driven architectures.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks.
Experience with Terraform, Bicep, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) on Azure.
