Your tasks

Technical support of projects from the build phase to deployment
Network configuration (routing, switching, wireless)
Network and IP management (IPAM, monitoring tools, CMDB)
Analyzing the causes of infrastructure and network problems and resolving them in a time-critical environment
Writing technical documentation for new and existing network designs, implementations, processes and tools

A resume in ENGLISH is required!

Your profile

Completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science or communication technology
Business fluent in English
Experience in German, French and/or Spanish an advantage
Knowledge of IT networks, such as routing and switching or firewall knowledge
Knowledge of Software Defined Networking (SDN) solutions such as Cisco ACI and Cisco SDA
Experience in operating LAN and WLAN infrastructures with Cisco technologies
Programming and scripting experience an advantage (examples: Python, YAML, JSON)
Knowledge of network security (Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Stormshield and Cisco ASA firewalls)
Understanding of IT services (Active Directory, SCCM, IAM) and virtualization technologies (vmWare and Microsoft Hyper-V)
Good understanding of monitoring and logging tools and the underlying principle
