The Cybersecurity Development Program is a global talent development program designed to cultivate enterprise talent in support of the security talent needs. This program includes a bootcamp, followed by a 24-month development program with four, six-month rotations into a new role and at program completion. Program positions will include Global Cyber Defense, Identity Access Management (IAM), Security Cloud Engineering and Information Security. As a CsDP Associate, you’ll gain invaluable experience in a variety of domains, as well as mentoring from technology leaders, networking across the technology organisation and collaboration opportunities. The program creates a cohort structure that provides a more personalised employment experience in turn creating community and increasing engagement beyond that of a traditional hire.

The Cybersecurity Development Program is a hybrid program in Letterkenny, Ireland. Associates may be asked to travel to attend meetings with leadership.
The CsDP Associate will participate in an orientation and onboarding bootcamp. Upon completion of the bootcamp, the CsDP Associate will be placed on their project team.

Key Cybersecurity Development Program Position Information
Global Cyber Defense (ethical hacking, penetration testing, etc.)
- Independently performs incident response, with a primary focus of eliminating the threat to the network and determining the cause of the security incident while preserving evidence for further analysis.
- Independently solve incidents consistent with established playbooks.
- Monitors SIEM and logging for alerts of potential network threats, intrusions, and/or compromises
- Deliver using the policies aligned to the global threat environment and general security best practices.
- Responsible for the triage of service requests from automated sensors and internal requests for assistance.
- Integrating Applications with Single Sign On (On-premises/cloud).
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and DevOps teams to improve workflows, infrastructure, and user experience.
- Support and work alongside a cross-functional engineering team.
- Brainstorm new products, updates, and automation solutions to continuously challenge and improve products, performance, system/data backup, security, and customer experience.
- Support and integrate multiple vulnerability source tools to be added to Security Platform.
- Independently reviews requirements and/or systems analysis documents for completeness.
- Creation/involvement in documented designs following agreed to design patterns and standards.
- Design, develop and maintain business intelligence solutions crafting and executing queries upon request for data.
- Work with open-source technologies as needed
- Creates daily and weekly reports, providing actionable intelligence to support effective decision making by business.
- Analyse and evaluate reports to provide actionable intelligence to support effective decision making by business.
- Outreach to local and Segment leadership to make them aware of potential risks and determine support needs.
- Responsible for the triage & assessing incidents to determine the need to escalate events to the GCM Leader. Manage incidents through resolution with appropriate stakeholders.
- Develop product strategy vision and roadmaps, and developing short, medium, and long-term features to achieve the vision - done in partnership with Product Managers
- Gather product input and feedback from internal and external stakeholders and consumers to inform the backlog.
- Self-manages progress tied to business performance goals and security objectives, ensuring goals are met on schedule.

Required Qualifications
- Post 0-2 year Degree in Cybersecurity
- Currently in final year of obtaining a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited college/university in Cybersecurity, or 2-year technical college, or obtained degree within the last 24 months
- Proficient in one or more coding languages (Example: Python, Java, C, SQL, .NET)
- Prior experience on Microsoft SQL Server or other relational database platform
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and industry standards
- Familiarity with DevSecOps methodologies and tools such as Invicti Enterprise
- Experience with Python development
- Basic understanding of networking protocols and technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
