Data Analyst

Exacaster’s team is looking for a Data Analyst to join our Kolibris team.

About the Team You’ll Join:

Out team works on an IFRS15 solution.

IFRS 15, or the International Financial Reporting Standard 15, is a rulebook for companies to follow when they report their financial statements. It focuses on how companies should recognize revenue from their contracts with customers. Basically, it tells companies when and how to record the money they expect to receive from selling goods or services. This standard helps ensure consistency and transparency in financial reporting across different companies and industries.

Your Main Challenge:

Dive deep into data, uncover hidden insights, and develop cutting-edge data models that enhance business decision-making.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Analyzing and interpreting data to assess quality and meaning. Designing smart, automated solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.
• Building and maintaining datasets for audit requests.
• Documenting workflows to ensure clarity and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborating with Senior Data Specialists, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Reviewing code & ensuring quality control in close collaboration with QA teams.
• Guiding and mentoring teammates on business logic and data-related topics.

• SQL knowledge – you know how to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
• A data-driven mindset – you see patterns where others see chaos.
• Experience in business, financial, or data analysis.

• Experience in financial reporting operations.
• Understanding of the end-to-end software development process.
• Proficiency in Python, Airflow, or CI/CD pipeline automation.
• Hands-on experience with data warehouses & dimensional modeling.
