As a Talent Acquisition intern, your main responsibilities will be collaborating with our TA Partners and Sourcers on defining talent requirements and sourcing strategies to secure successful, efficient, and qualitative hiring. We think you have an interest in HR and sourcing, with a likeness to analyze, solve problems and improve our processes. In EMEA our Talent Acquisition Partners, Talent Sourcers, and People Partners work closely as one client-facing delivery team, forming the People Planning and Partnership (P3) organization. P3 builds strategic partnerships with the business and owns the process from proactive sourcing and talent pipelining, hiring strategy, and execution, to ongoing consultation to build hard-working and engaged teams. The team you will join will support you over the summer and you will gain valuable, practical, and hands-on knowledge and experience working in our fast-paced, highly collaborative, and creative work environment.
What will you be doing?
- Develop and apply market intelligence to build talent pipelines, create sourcing strategies, and engage with talent in different virtual and physical forums
- Reviewing job ads and ensuring consistency
- Focus on building a diverse talent pool
- Conduct a focused search to source talent for business-critical and specialized roles
- Assess AI opportunities for the Talent Acquisition team
- Collaborate with the TA Partners and Sourcers to understand our client's strategic needs, priorities, and talent requirements
- Studying a program within Human Resource Management, Business Management or similar, graduating 2026 or 2027.
- Genuine interest in the Talent Acquisition/HR space as well as interest in using digital sourcing skills such as LinkedIn, Boolean, and other sourcing techniques
- Curiosity about identifying and using sourcing- and brand attraction tools and methodologies combined with phenomenal candidate experience and employer branding
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
- Strong team-player mentality who thrives in collaborating across teams, functions, and locations, both externally and internally.

This role is at our Vilnius office, close to a bus stop for easy access and with restaurants and shopping centers close by. The position is on-site in Vilnius, therefore candidates from Vilnius are prioritized in the process. Hourly salary (Gross): 10 EUR.
